1.  Where are live online classes held?
All live classes take place online via Zoom.

2.  How long are classes?
Each live online class is approximately 30 minutes long (however, there is a possibility classes may go over an extra 5-10 minutes).

3.  What supplies will my child need?
When booking, you will see a class description that will inform you on supplies that are required for that specific class.  Some classes will be watercolor based and will require a sharpie, paintbrush, cup of water, small towel, watercolors, and watercolor paper.  Other classes may just require a pencil, paper, a regular black marker, and coloring supplies of your choice will suffice.

4.  Can my child have another individual join them for class?
Of course!  If you have  a younger sibling, family, or friends in town feel free to let them join.  You can even join too!  However, please do not share the Zoom link for live classes as there are only enough links for those who have enrolled for the
class.

5.  If we are unhappy with a class, can we get a refund? Or what if we miss a live class?  All live classes are non-refundable.  We hope you DO have fun and learn something new!  If your child misses a live class they may  go view a free class of their choice. Unfortunately, once a live class is complete, refunds are not issued.  If Mrs. Smith misses a class refunds WILL be issued.

6. What are free classes?
Free classes are just that!  Your child (and you) can choose a video to watch and draw along with at a time that works best for you.  *These classes are typically 10-20 minutes long.

7.  What if I am not happy with my customized pet portrait?
Jacquelyn will communicate with you often about your portrait.  Please understand that your portrait will never be 100% accurate.  She will work diligently to get it as close as possible, but still maintain her own art style.

8.  Can I get a refund on my customized portrait?
Customized portraits are non-refundable.

9.  When can I expect to receive my customized pet portrait?
Typically portraits are completed and shipped within 2 weeks of ordering.

10.  What if my pet portrait comes damaged in the mail?
Green Country Charcoal is not responsible for any damages that occur in the mail.  When shipping, a large graphic note "DO NOT BEND" will be written on the package.  Portraits are also packaged between two pieces of cardboard in an effort to prevent any damages during shipment.

11.  Does Jacquelyn's small business, Green Country Charcoal,  ship out of the United States?
Unfortunately, at this time, no.

12.  Can I touch the portrait?
Each portrait is sprayed with a matte finish.  This finish should protect the portrait from smudging, however it is still recommended to not touch the actual charcoal.

13.  What type of frame do I need to get for my customized pet portrait?
Any frame you want!
